I am proud and grateful to be the founder and owner of Kosha Yoga. I am a big believer in community as a healer. 

Katie’s classes emphasize the balance between strength and flexibility, fluidity of movement and breath, dynamic sequencing, and inviting students to feel all the subtleties the practice of yoga has to offer.

Julie’s journey of practicing and studying yoga has been influenced by a desire to find balance through awareness, honoring both the light and dark aspects of life, the seen and unseen energies.

Melissa Donaldson began her yoga practice in her 20’s, looking for something to get back into shape after having her first child. I have been so fortunate to guide over 16,000 hours of Yoga. I have been teaching Yoga and meditation for 24 years and hope to have that privilege my entire life! I have been incredibly fortunate to study with my teachers for the last 25 + years, each experience with them ads more layers of love into my yoga practices and teachings.

Mckenzie began practicing yoga in 2016 to slow down and reconnect with her body.
