Christine Bilotti-Peterson is a yoga and Pilates instructor, high-performance coach, and wellness practitioner who brings a dynamic, integrative approach to movement, mindset, and overall vitality. With over 30 years of experience working with executives and high achievers, Christine blends her background as a former public company CHRO with her passion for wellness to help people feel strong, energized, and fully aligned—on and off the mat.
Christine is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Human Reformer–trained Pilates instructor, with additional training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and fascia release. Her classes combine vinyasa flow, strength-based Pilates, breathwork, fascia release, and guided hypno-meditation to create an experience that is both powerful and restorative. Expect a mix of strength, stretch, and fun-with a focus on building resilience, improving mobility, and supporting overall health.
Her Pilates classes emphasize core strength, stability, and functional movement, incorporating elements of strength training for long-term balance and endurance. Her yoga classes blend movement and breath with mindfulness and mindset work, helping students not only move better, but feel better.
As a high-performance coach, Christine supports individuals in both professional and personal growth: focusing on emotional intelligence, career development, and holistic wellness strategy. She incorporates her D.R.E.S.S.S.D. framework (Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress Relief, Supplements, Socialization, and Development) to help clients build sustainable habits that drive high performance and longevity.
Christine’s why and purpose for teaching is simple: when people feel stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled, they naturally have more fun, feel happier, and make a more meaningful impact in the world
