Nicole first discovered the joy and benefits of yoga many years ago when a friend encouraged her to attend a class. Yoga has since become a steady source of balance that extends into every aspect of her life.
Her 200-hour training with Kristin Cork strengthened both her personal practice and her passion for sharing yoga in a way that feels accessible and grounding. She continues to study and learn with curiosity and is working toward her 500-hour certification with Tias Little.
Her intention is to guide classes that are soulful and accessible—blending mindful movement with space to cultivate balance and carry a sense of calm and empowerment off the mat. She is humbled and grateful to be part of this welcoming studio community.
Off the mat, Nicole enjoys traveling, gardening, beekeeping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
