Jenn has spent more than thirty years in the fitness and wellness field, beginning with a college job at a local fitness club that sparked a lifelong passion for movement. After earning a degree in English and realizing she wasn’t meant for a sedentary life, Jenn became a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. Over the years, she has earned specialized credentials including NASM’s Women’s Fitness Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist, along with continuing education in Pilates and yoga. She is also a certified wellness counselor and nutritionist, allowing her to support clients with a holistic, whole-body approach.
Before the birth of her daughter, Jenn owned Synergy Fitness, where she taught group classes, provided personal training, and offered massage therapy. More recently, her work has focused on teaching group classes, training youth clients, and creating wellness programs specifically designed for teen girls.
Jenn’s background in massage therapy gives her a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics — knowledge that informs her emphasis on functional movement, injury prevention, and strength for longevity. She also brings powerful firsthand experience to her teaching; her fitness level played a critical role in her recovery from a life-threatening ruptured brain aneurysm. That experience reinforced her belief that strength goes far beyond workouts — it supports resilience, independence, and overall quality of life.
Jenn’s classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with thoughtful options that allow every person to move with confidence. Her goal is to help others build strength, balance, and joy through mindful, intentional movement.
