Gina helps people grow and transform both through her personal training business and as an author whose stories often center on overcoming depression, anxiety and trauma. She pursued her passion for fitness in 2012, earning certification as a NASM Personal Trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist then opening G Fitness studio. By 2014, she expanded her expertise with certifications in Barre and Pilates, teaching classes and strength training across the Farmington Valley and Connecticut shoreline communities.
Gina continued her education with Z-Health Performance, a neurological-based training program designed to help people overcome obstacles and improve nervous system health. Her diverse background includes several years of Muay Thai kickboxing, heavy weightlifting, Barre, and nutrition coaching, giving her the ability to meet clients where they are and guide them toward strength and empowerment. Gina also designed corporate wellness programs with a focus on women-driven companies, helping teams thrive inside and outside the workplace.
Gina has taught in both small and large group fitness arenas. Her clients range from newcomers to exercise to everyday fitness enthusiasts and athletes, to those recovering from injuries, navigating depression and anxiety, and managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms. This personalized approach allows Gina to customize each client’s experience, focusing on their mind, body, and heart.
