It was a pleasure for my wife and I to attend class and experience the community with others! The studio is a beautiful space that has a very positive vibe. We look forward to attending more classes there.
Yoga brings me many things. The first, most obvious thing is that yoga helps me feel better. Physically I feel more balanced and flexible. Mentally and emotionally I experience a greater sense of clarity and calm. Just as important though is the sense of being with others who are all sharing the experience, all exploring the same territory of our common humanity and discovering a little more of the sacredness that is our central identity.
