I am proud and grateful to be the founder and owner of Kosha Yoga. Yoga found me in 1999 after the birth of my first child as a way to “get back in shape.” What began as a physical exercise turned into a means to still my mind from all the outer distractions and just be. I became certified as a teacher in 2015 and have been teaching consistently ever since. I am a big believer in community as a healer. In my classes, my intention is to encourage the feeling of both the unique experience of each of us in our own space on the mat and to draw support from the support of the group dynamic. I believe that cultivating a deeper clarity in our own inner landscape serves the whole in that we can then allow our authentic selves to come to the table. We are in a time that the narrative is focused on dividing us from each other and our true selves. We can move in a different direction. Let’s do that together.
