Mckenzie began practicing yoga in 2016 to slow down and reconnect with her body. Over time, she found healing and peace through her practice, inspiring her to become a 200-hour certified Embodyoga teacher in 2019. She now guides students in moving in ways that feel good, creating a space for connection and well-being. Her goal is to promote movement as a form of medicine, helping others experience the healing power of movement in their own lives.
Alongside teaching, Mckenzie is pursuing a master’s in integrative nutrition while exploring herbalism, holistic health, and sustainable living. Passionate about the mind-body connection, she blends yoga, nutrition, and herbal medicine to help others find balance and vitality. She also shares her insights through writing, offering practical, inspiring content on wellness and intentional living. Whether teaching, studying, or creating, her goal is to make holistic health accessible and achievable.
